It's not a stew, not a dip, not a soup but it sure is delicious!
This recipe is the epitome of set it and forget it. Being both easy to prepare and bursting with flavor this comforting meal is fantastic for active families and more than active parents.
1 pound of Zion's Farm sausage (we prefer the Breakfast Sausage but for a spicier kick, try the Hot
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz.) Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
1.) Brown sausage and drain excess liquid then place in crock pot.
2.) Add beans, tomatoes, and rosemary to crock pot and stir to mix.
3.) Set on high for 4 hours.
Serve with crusty bread and butter and don't forget to grate Parmesan cheese on top.
