We have a new improved bone broth recipe for you! Go grab some of our bones, only $2. lb, and make some of your own! Bone broth contains so many important vitamins and minerals, which help keep your immune system strong! Plus it's so simple to do! Our recipe uses an Instant Pot but a crockpot can easily be used instead.
This can be used in recipes as a healthier alternative to bought broth, or you can just grab a glass of it and sip on it!
About 3 lbs of Zion Zion's FarmBeef bones
2-3 celery sticks
2-3 carrot sticks
Fresh or dried herbs
2 tsp minced garlic
1onion cut in quarters
8 ish cups water( or fill to 1/2 line in the instapot)
Splash of apple cider vinegar( 2ish tablespoons)
Put all ingredients in an Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 2 hours.
Let pressure release naturally and drain broth into containers.
Place containers in the refrigerator so that fat can rise to the top in order to be scrapped off.
Store in fridge if you plan to use within 5 days or put in freezer safe storage containers to keep for later.
